Yep, it’s Monday. Time to take a shower, change your sweat pants and check in on a new QUARANTINE COMPOSITION. This week, YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM – A BEAUTIFULLY COMPLEX ORCHESTRA.
You take your inspiration where you can get it, and reading all sorts of stuff on “the feed” as we do these days, I fell upon this article – https://bit.ly/2Yrm1NY. It’s got a boring title, but two paragraphs in I read, “Your immune system is like a beautifully complex orchestra. It plays two movements.”
Okay… I’ll bite. So I kept reading what turned out to be a well written, funny and informative piece. These guys need a better headline writer (is that even a job?), but there you go.
My “orchestra” is a bit unorthodox (like that’s a surprise), and the piece shucks, jives and turns on a dime as I think any good immune system would do as it tries any and everything to kick some virus ass.
Enjoy. And please, think twice (or three times) before you go running around without your mask and gloves. Your immune system *is* a beautifully complex orchestra, but it just doesn’t know how to play this tune yet. And everyone hates seeing a good concert fall apart and go all to hell.
